Mayorga Mata is making his first Championship start in 2026. The Davis & Elkins College sophomore finished T-7 for his team in the UC Invitational in September. Before the start of this season, he recorded four top-10 finishes in World Amateur Golf Ranking events in Guatemala earlier this year.
